Jolie, Pitt spend sunny weekend with their brood in NOLA

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt spent some time in the New Orleans sun with their six kids on Sunday.

It's not as rare as a "super moon," but there's something about a Jolie-Pitt family sighting that seems just as special.

The entire brood ? parents Angelina Jolie, 35, and Brad Pitt, 47, and kids Maddox, 9, Pax, 7, Zahara 6, Shiloh, 4, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 2 ? ventured out in New Orleans on Sunday.

Even with Jolie and Pitt donning sunglasses, there was no mistaking the large clan walking down the sunny street. The family was reportedly seeking out Verti Marte, a well-known neighborhood deli near where the couple owns a home.

According to HelloNewOrleans.com, Jolie and the kids have frequented the eatery in the past, before it shuttered for eight months because of a fire. It reopened in January.

"They came in and got some juice and chips and stuff like that for the kids," a source told People.com of the Sunday visit. "They don't get a lot of pop for the kids. They like to get the whole family out and walk around on a pretty day like today."

But the trip was short. Jolie and the children only came in for the weekend, reportedly arriving in New Orleans on Friday and going back to Los Angeles on Sunday night..

Pitt has been living in New Orleans while he films the upcoming movie "Coogan's Trade."
