The 5ft 5in star's gone from a size 8 to a 6 and dropped from 8st 10lb to 8st 4lb because she's stressing about her workload.

The former EastEnders actress, who's dating Strictly dance partner Artem Chigvintsev, 28, was spotted looking tiny as she left her north London home last week.
