There are a bunch of Lady Gaga updates to address and it?s easier to lump them into one post. Not least because none of this s**t need its own post. First, in a video below, from her YouTube, Gaga addresses the leak of her latest single, Judas. She was basically enjoying a little down time and then received an email to say the song had leaked. Rather than fight the leak by having copies ripped down, most singers? go-to, she decided to release the song. Because it was ?dying a slow death?? she felt the song was being ripped ?limb-from-limb? and the lesser of two evils was to have her people release it. In the same video, on the heels of her expletive-filled NME interview, she talks more about her process. She likens writing her songs, over ?15 minutes? to vomit. Creative vomit. Or something. I don?t know. And she urges fans to be ?loyal to their vomit.? Okay? Then there?s some crap with Weird Al Yankovic that?s barely worth addressing as it screams of a poorly-staged publicity stunt on his behalf. In a parody he possibly never even ran past her, Yankovic claims his Born This Way parody, entitled Perform This Way was blocked from being released on his album. In a whiny blog post, he bemoaned her disliking the song and blocking it. Gaga?s people went on the offensive and told TMZ.com she never even heard the song and there was a ?misunderstanding?; the song?s now been cleared for release. It?s also below.
