Brittany Snow Sheds Good Girl Image for Maxim Cover

Brittany Snow, the doe-eyed good girl known for her upbeat teen comedies, is all grown up and flaunting her svelte figure on the April cover of Maxim.

Although the 25-year-old admits she can't make it into a bar without a heavy dose of skepticism from the bouncer or bartender ("I still look 18"), she is gaining recognition for being more than just a teeny bopper comedy actress.

Her newest project has put her in a suit, rather than her usual mini-skirt costume lineup, for her role as a legal secretary on the hit show 'Harry's Law.' But Snow says she's nothing like her "ditzy and materialistic" character.

"I tend to play more bubbly than I actually am," she told Maxim. "I was never the popular girl. I'm really shy. I'm really just a nerd."

But from the looks of Snow's Maxim photo spread, we're not quite buying the "nerd" admission. The mag features Snow modeling an array of sexy lingerie, including a white lacy bra (that doesn't seem to want to stay on) on the cover.

And although she looks pretty darn sexy inside Maxim, Snow insists that she shouldn't be considered a sex symbol. "I've read in magazines where someone like Jessica Alba says, 'I'm not a sex symbol. I don't even think I'm sexy!' I'm like, Oh, my God, girl, you're kidding," Snow said. "I mean I hate to sound like the stereotypical actress, but if I'm gonna be honest ... I really don't think I am."

We have a few words for you, Snow: "Oh, my God, girl, you're kidding."
