'Desperate Housewives' star Ricardo Chavira was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).E! Online is reporting that Chavira, who plays Eva Longoria's husband, Carlos Solis, on 'Housewives,' was pulled over for driving erratically around 2:00 A.M. on Tuesday.
When the police allegedly smelled alcohol on his breath, Chavira was given field sobriety tests on the scene, which he was unable to pass.
He also reportedly refused to take a breathalyzer and blood test so officers took him into custody and booked him on suspicion of DUI.
is reporting that Chavira was released from on Tuesday morning after posting a bail of $25,000.
