Joining in on the annual French Riviera cinema showcase, Christina Hendricks arrived in town for the Cannes Film Festival happenings on Friday afternoon (May 13).
Despite the warm weather, the "Mad Men" actress was all bundled up in a beige trenchcoat and sapphire dress as she checked into her temporary digs at the posh Hotel Martinez.
As for the reason behind her attendance, Miss Hendricks is lined up to star in a boxing flick called "The Bleeder" - with Hyde Park International studio group trying their best to sell the rights during the Cannes Film Festival proceedings.
Also starring Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber, the picture is reportedly "based on the story of Chuck Wepner, the New Jersey heavyweight boxer who fought 15 rounds with Muhammad Ali and inspired to Sylvester Stallone to write Rocky."
