Blake Fielder-Civil and Amy Winehouse divorced in 2009 after 2 years of marriage
Amy Winehouse's ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil has been sent to prison for 32 months.
Blake was convicted of breaking into a house in Leeds with 29-year-old Christopher Sylvester.
A policeman noticed the pair's suspicious activity and found an Xbox, DVD player and �4,000 of jewellery in the boot of their car.
'This case illustrates the depth people will sink when in the grip of heroin addiction,' Judge Scott Wolstenholme told Leeds Crown Court.
'It is no comfort to people who are preyed on by drug addicts that the people preying on them are drug addicts.'
Blake smiled as he was sentenced.
His lawyer Richard Reed insists the 28-year-old is clean of drugs and 'full of remorse and regret.'
