Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 120 days in jail for a probation violation on Friday. The producer of an upcoming John Gotti biopic took the oath of omerta on whether star-crossed starlet Lindsay Lohan could get whacked from the film.
"We are declining to comment at this time," said a spokesman for moviemaker Marc Fiore after LiLo's latest legal woes landed her behind bars for five hours Friday.
Lohan, free yesterday on $75,000 bail, announced last week that she had landed her big comeback role - playing blond-maned mob daughter Victoria Gotti.
But her part as the capo di cutie capi in "Gotti: Three Generations" could disappear amid her continuing court dates and the threat of more jail time.
Lohan, although facing four months behind bars for a probation violation and an upcoming trial for shoplifting, still bizarrely believes her erratic career is back on track.
"I am just grateful for the life I have, I cannot explain how excited I am to begin working on films again," Lohan posted on her Twitter account before her latest visit to a Los Angeles courtroom.
Her trial on charges of swiping a $2,500 necklace begins June 3.
